We help customers with International Fuel Tax reporting, without the need to purchase and learn to use fuel tax reporting software.
We take your fuel purchase data and mileage data, in whatever format you use.

We compile this data into a spread sheet to total mileage and fuel purchases by state by truck. (IFTA auditors often request or require this spread sheet data in support of their audit.)
From these summaries we compile another spread sheet to combine all of your trucks into one report for your fleet. (This is also requested or required by IFTA auditors.)
From this report we fill out your state IFTA reporting form and send it to you for submission to you state reporting agency.
We also complete the New York, Kentucky, New Mexico and any other state forms you need.
(Once you have used us for a while, we are also a very convenient way to get the summary mileage data for your IRP renewals!)
If you work with owner operators, we can do a seperate fuel tax report for each one of these by quarter as well.
We charge for this service based on the time it takes to compile the data and complete the forms. The most we charge anyone is $25 per truck per month. The average for fleets runs around $15 per truck per month. There are some companies we only charge $10 per quarter! The better the data, the less cost!
