Office Tenders is a service business that specializes in helping people in trucking with state and Federal DOT paperwork for commercially licensed drivers.
We establish and help you maintain DOT Driver Qualification Files. We generate the required paperwork and send it you you for driver and supervisor review and signatures. You then retain the file and we send you updates when they are required!
We set the files up utilizing computer-generated forms that we create ourselves, so that neither we, nor our customers have to buy and inventory forms that may become obsolete. Our customers simply provide us the information (by phone or on one double-sided sheet of paper per driver) and we generate all of the documents.

We generate a driver application for employment including all DOT required information – some of which is not included on standard application forms.

We generate the previous employer checks for all employers of the driver for the past three years as required.

We provide the driver’s state motor vehicle driver record check.

We provide a road test format, if needed, or remind you to get a copy of the driver’s license or certificate which you have accepted as the equivalent to a road test.

We provide the initial supervisor’s review form with regard to the driver’s motor vehicle record.

We remind you that a copy of the current medical examiner’s card of the driver’s physical qualification to drive a motor vehicle is required in the file.

We can audit your existing driver qualification files and do whatever is necessary to bring them up to date.

We set up a tickler system to remind you in advance of your drivers’ license expiration.

We provide a new medical examination report form and wallet card when a driver needs a new physical. (We require that you notify us of the new physical expiration date so that we know when to send you the next update.)

We provide for their annual certification of driving record and supervisor review.

We automatically provide the required annual state motor vehicle driver record.
We subscribe to a regulation update service that keeps us in tune with changes in the laws so that our customers do not get caught by a surprise change.
Our charge for this service is $60 per driver per year plus the state motor vehicle record charge with an initial $50 per driver set up charge.
